Week 4 NFC Recap
Week 4 brought a big statement from Carol, a close finish for John, and another reminder that the NFC race can change quickly. Ground & Pound Carol led the scoring parade, while Serenity Now held the top spot in the standings.
Carol Brings the Ground—and the Pound
Ground & Pound Carol (Carol Stack) earned Week 4’s scoring honors with 155.22 points, defeating Barking Dawgs (Michael Parker), 85.38.
The 69.84-point victory was the NFC’s largest margin of the week. Carol delivered both the highest score and the biggest win—a pretty good way to make sure the rest of the league notices!
Closest Finish: FowlBall Holds Off the Jackets
FowlBall (John Fowler) defeated Buzzing Jackets (Eric Strevel), 113.42–106.24, in the tightest matchup of Week 4.
The 7.18-point margin gave John a hard-earned win and left Eric close enough to revisit every lineup decision. Some weeks, one more big play makes all the difference.
Player Spotlight: Tetairoa McMillan
Tetairoa McMillan was the NFC’s best-performing player of the week with 38.2 fantasy points. That’s the kind of performance that can turn a competitive matchup into a comfortable afternoon—or leave a manager wishing he had been in the starting lineup.
At the other end, Rashee Rice recorded 0 points, a reminder that a familiar name doesn’t always deliver a familiar result.
Standings Watch: Serenity Now Leads the Way
Serenity Now (Howard / David) remained in first place after Week 4, with 114.62 points for the week. There’s still plenty of season ahead, but holding the top spot gives everyone else a clear target.
Waddle we talking about here (Dan Gillis) finished with the week’s lowest score, 79.82 points, and sits in last place. A fresh matchup brings a fresh opportunity—and there’s still time to write a better next chapter.
Looking Ahead
Carol takes the Week 4 bragging rights, John pockets a close victory, and Serenity Now continues to set the pace. Week 5 gives the challengers another chance to gain ground and the leaders another chance to prove they belong on top.
Check those lineups, watch the bye weeks, and make sure your best points end up on the field!
